Warranty

JPP Imports offers no express warranty on its product line. However, Jpp Imports recognizes its obligations concerning implied warranty. JPP Imports also stands behind its product as it has historically, and will continue to provide service to its product line as it has over the years. JPP Imports products will be supported for a period of one year from date of purchase in materials and workmanship.

Shipping to and from JPP Imports custom facilities, damage due to use of high velocity, high pressure, reloaded or other non-standard ammunition, or any unauthorized repair, modification, misuse, abuse, or alteration of the product is not covered.

General Terms

JPP Imports reserves the right to update the website at anytime without notice.
The order date becomes effective when the required deposit has been cleared.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard .
Please note if you wish to choose Direct Bank Deposit method for payment you need contact the office via e-mail or phone to place an order.
Postage and Handling costs are not included in our pricing
Our delivery times are estimated at the time of order. We will always try to hold to our estimated delivery times but under no circumstances will we rush any custom work! The quality of our custom pistols will not be compromised.
Our Goal with custom pistols is customer satisfaction. As long as customer abuse or wear has not created a problem, we will probably repair your custom pistol free of charge. If you have a problem, it's usually ammunition related and we can help you over the phone with any concerns you might have. If you have questions please feel free to call during normal working hours.
Satisfaction is always our goal. We do not warranty any gunsmithing or modifications done outside JPP Imports. No Exceptions.

Policies on Parts and Equipment Sales

No returns will be allowed if the product has been altered in any way including fitting.
JPP Imports is not responsible for and offers no warranty on any pistol parts, Barrels, Slides and Frames supplied by JPP Imports and fitted by a third party. No exceptions.
No credit will be issued on purchases after seven days from invoice date.
No credit will be granted for shipping and handling charges or surcharges on any returns.

Policies on Custom Built Handguns

We will not work on any Custom Built Handguns that have been modified or changed in anyway by a third party.
All JPP Custom Built Handguns require a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit. If cancellation occurs within 5 days of order and before commencement of work on that order a refund can be negotiated.
Full payment is required on completition of all Custom Built Handguns.
No returns or Credits will be allowed on Custom Built Handguns.

Terms and Conditions

Terms - All other orders require full payment on order. Dealers must provide proof of Gun Dealer License and Business details. Failure to do so will delay your order.
Purchaser Agreement - By placing an order with JPP Imports, the purchaser acknowledges that they understand the Warranty, General Terms and Terms and Conditions of JPP Imports and agrees to them without reservations. JPP Imports constantly strives to improve its products and therefore reserves the right to change designs, material specifications, special offers and/or prices without notice.

Important Warranty Information

The ET Master ,Tribute and Compressor configured with a combination of conventional compensator ports; chambered barrel ports and hybrid barrel holes represents an advance in firearms technology which delivers an exceptionally fast and flat shooting system.

High performance racing machines frequently have specific maintenance and fuel requirements, and the Infinity ET master is no exception. These requirements are specific to those versions of the ET, Tribute, Compressor open which contain hybrid holes and/or chambered ports cut directly into the barrel in addition to traditional compensator ports.

JppCustom^TMOpen handguns which utilize hybrid barrel cuts and/or chambers cut directly into the barrel in addition to a traditional compensator obtain superior performance through the use of a tuned high performance gas system.

If you allow excessive deposits to build up in the compensator chamber ports, or use non-recommended ammunition or ammunition components, it is possible that the altered gas dynamics will allow bullets to touch the compensator baffles upon exit. The JppCustom Firearms warranty does not cover damage caused to the firearm by such improper maintenance and usage. Any use of heat or chemical means to clean compensator ports also invalidates your warranty.

Compensator Maintenance - Ports

It is important that the compensator ports be kept free of buildup since excessive accumulation deposits in the ports, or use of incorrectly loaded ammunition, can interfere with the gas dynamics of the handgun and result in the bullet hitting the compensator port. Such buildup is inevitable if you are using bullets with an exposed lead base. For that reason, we strongly recommend that bullets with an exposed lead base not be used in any JppCustom compensator equipped firearm. This is good advice for any compensated firearm, but is especially important for ET, Tribute, Compressor open Users.

Build-up should be mechanically removed from the compensator, taking care not to damage the ports or the exterior finish of the gun. Any use of heat or chemical means to clean the compensator can damage the gun and void your warranty.
